About EFNENY and the Walk to END EPILEPSY
The EFNENY Walk to END EPILEPSY is a great way to educate people on what epilepsy is and learn about the challenges people with epilepsy face every day. The funds raised at this event will be used to support the programs and services we offer at no cost to an estimated 45,000 people with epilepsy and their families who live in our 22-county service area. Our mission is to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy, and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

What if I would like to make an offline donation via check, DAF, etc?
Please contact the EFNENY Office by calling (518) 456-7501 or email jdunn@epilepsyneny.org and we will assist you in completing this donation offline.
Are donations tax deductible?
Yes - all donations are 100% tax deductible and receipts will be mailed or emailed to each donor for tax purposes. Contact our office by calling (518) 456-7501 or emailing jdunn@epilepsyneny.org if you are in need of information on the EFNENY tax exemption status, W-9 form, etc.
What is a team, and how do I start one?
A team is two or more people. During registration, you will be asked if you want to create a team. Once created, you may invite others to join your team.
How can I share the Walk to END EPILEPSY 2023 Campaign to my social media?
At the very bottom of the screen, you will see 'share on social.' This will allow you to share directly to your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Pinterest.
Will there be Wi-Fi in the park?
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the park is less than reliable. Please plan accordingly!
Cash, Card or Checks?
- EFNENY – Cash or Check donations are welcome.
- Vendors - Cash! Our onsite vendors prefer cash for this particular event. As Wi-Fi in the park can be unreliable, cash is truly appreciated at this venue!
Registration Fee… is there one?
There is no fee to register for this event! However, both pre-event and day-of donations are highly appreciated as every contribution leads us closer to our goal!
Will T-shirts be sold at the event?
Yes; however, only a limited supply will be available. Ensure you receive your Walk to END EPILEPSY T-shirt by using the link at the top of this page and purchasing one through our trusted partner vendor today!
Parking?
NYS charges an entry fee to the park ($10 per car). If this presents a hardship, please show your receipt to one of our staff members to be reimbursed.
